A refreshing mix of sprouted moong and dal moth with beetroot and cucumber, this bowl is rich in fiber, iron, and antioxidants. It supports digestion, immunity, and keeps you light yet energized throughout the day.
Ingredients:
Sprouted Moong – 1 cup
Sprouted Dal Moth – 1 cup
Grated Beetroot – 1/4 cup
Chopped Cucumber – 1/4 cup
Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt & pepper – to taste
Preparation: Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and chill for 10 minutes.
